Management Team
Gavin McCormack
President
Gavin is the founder of Quantum and oversees all business operations. He has been working in the commercial construction industry since earning a bachelor’s degree from the Brevard College. In his 20+ year career, Gavin has worked in multiple construction disciplines and has been a part of some of the Southeast’s largest commercial construction projects. When Gavin isn’t working, you can find him on the water racing sailboats or spending time with family and friends.
Terry Jones
Operations Manager
Terry brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial coatings industry, with a wealth of knowledge in the field. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong expertise in delivering high-quality solutions to meet diverse client needs. Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his son, whether it’s on the golf course or fishing by the lake, creating lasting memories through shared hobbies.
Francisco Rios
Estimating Manager
Francisco Rios is our Estimating Manager with XX years of experience. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and daughter, who all share their love for music festivals, concerts, sports, and more. Life is short, and Francisco’s motto is “YOLO”.
Heather Wingo
Assistant Project Manager
Heather Wingo is an Assistant Project Manager with six years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in the paint sector. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality project results and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors and is passionate about giving back to her community by volunteering with the Special Olympics. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she is particularly loyal to Atlanta sports teams, with a deep love for the Atlanta Braves. Heather’s commitment to both her professional and personal endeavors makes her a well-rounded and driven individual.
Manya Gray
Office Manager
Manya is the Office Manager of Quantum Coatings and oversees the administrative and accounting operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Reinhardt University in 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in administrative and management rolls, working in multiple industries, including construction, logistics, and travel. When Manya isn’t working she enjoys live music and traveling, or just hanging out at home with her husband and two adorable cats.
